After working in LTC/SNF for 25yrs I knew I needed to make a change. I was given the opportunity with this Company and decided I would give Home Health Care a try. After only being in my position with VNAA for 7 days my husband endured a very tragic work accident which left him with a Broken left hip/femur and Below the knee amputation of right leg. I was of course worried about just starting a new job but without hesitation I was given the time off I needed to be with my husband while he was in the hospital and rehab for several days. My coworkers often checked in to see how him and I were both doing which meant so much to have that support. After bringing him home he needed Home Health services for wound care. VNAA provided this for almost 9 months and the nurses were amazing. They showed so much compassion and always helped to ease my husbands mind with his progress. It has now been a year I have been with this company and I am forever thankful I have been given this opportunity to work for such an amazing very caring company. God has a plan for all of us and this was part of mine!
